Terms and Conditions — Sloat PK Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player ("you", "your"), and Sloat PK ("we", "us", "our", "Sloat PK"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sloatpk.bet. These Terms govern all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino gaming, poker, Aviator Game, Fishing Games, and any other service offered by Sloat PK from time to time.

By accessing the Sloat PK platform or any of its features — including by creating an account, placing a bet, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Sloat PK platform.

Sloat PK reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice within your account dashboard and via the registered email address on file. Continued use of the platform after a notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the Sloat PK platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Sloat PK operates strictly as an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts where the player cannot confirm their age will be suspended immediately.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Sloat PK or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering at Sloat PK.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Sloat PK or any affiliated platform, or be subject to any active exclusion period.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at Sloat PK. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all associated balances, including any pending withdrawals or bonus credits, will be forfeited without appeal.

When registering at Sloat PK, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Sloat PK will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@sloatpk.bet. Sloat PK will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

All deposits at Sloat PK are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction. Sloat PK accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods:

Sloat PK does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed to their source and may result in account suspension. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose.

Sloat PK reserves the right to hold deposits pending verification of payment source. This is a security measure for your protection and will typically be resolved within 24 hours. If you believe your deposit has been delayed incorrectly, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals at Sloat PK are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security requirement to prevent money laundering and protect both players and the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing.

Sloat PK commits to processing standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes of approval. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing with a target time of under 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Sloat PK reserves the right to carry out additional fraud and security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. This may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw while active bonus terms are pending will result in the bonus balance being removed from the withdrawal amount.
• Any withdrawal found to have been funded by fraudulent deposits, account sharing, or bonus abuse will be reversed and the account permanently closed.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Sloat PK are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The general bonus principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiple applies to the bonus amount and is stated clearly on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, poker, and low-margin games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Check individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Sloat PK players can only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active is not permitted and may result in both bonuses being voided.
• Abuse prevention: Sloat PK monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and free bets not used within the expiry window will be removed from the account automatically.

Sloat PK offers sports betting markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other events listed in the sportsbook at any given time. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.

• Bets are only valid once accepted and confirmed by the Sloat PK system. A bet placed is binding. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, Sloat PK will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook. Typically, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned. Check the relevant sport's rules page for full details.
• Sloat PK reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, for any reason, including during live matches where a technical issue or data feed discrepancy is identified.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at a manifestly incorrect price due to technical or human error — Sloat PK reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to the player.
• The maximum payout per single bet at Sloat PK is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh). Any winnings above this threshold on a single bet will be capped at this amount.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended during significant in-game events such as wickets, penalties, red cards, or video review decisions. This is standard practice and not a reflection of Sloat PK's pricing intent.

Cricket betting at Sloat PK is subject to additional market-specific rules published in the cricket betting section. Ball-by-ball markets are settled based on official broadcast scorecards. In the event of a discrepancy, Sloat PK's trading team will review and apply the correct result within 24 hours of the match conclusion.

All casino games, poker tables, Aviator Game, Fishing Games, and other gaming products offered at Sloat PK use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel and verified against actual in-game performance on a regular basis.

• Sloat PK's Aviator Game uses a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for every round is determined before bets are placed and can be verified independently by players using the seed verification tool in the Aviator section.
• Poker games at Sloat PK are player-versus-player. Sloat PK does not play against you in poker — it earns revenue through rake collected on cash game pots and registration fees on tournaments. Rake rates are displayed in the poker lobby.
• Fishing games at Sloat PK use a certified catch probability algorithm. The probability of catching each fish species is factored into the published RTP for each title. No fishing game outcome can be influenced by any player action other than which fish to target and which weapon to use.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a round, Sloat PK will investigate and, where necessary, void the interrupted round and return the player's stake. If a round has already produced a verifiable outcome before the disconnection, that outcome stands.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party assistance tools on any Sloat PK game. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Sloat PK is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that every player can access at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases are applied immediately.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Sloat PK enforces these limits at the platform level — you cannot place a bet that would exceed your active loss limit.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you at defined intervals during a gaming session — for example, every 30 minutes or 1 hour. These reminders appear on screen and cannot be dismissed without acknowledging them.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets. Existing withdrawal requests will still be processed.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Sloat PK. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent are available. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, all marketing communications are stopped, and re-registration is blocked for the chosen period.

Sloat PK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or providing false identity information.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other game.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or exploits.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value.
• Multiple account creation by the same individual.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more months. Inactive accounts will be notified by email before closure. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for 90 days after notification, after which unclaimed funds may be forfeited.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their Sloat PK account at any time by contacting support. All pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed according to the standard withdrawal timeline.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Sloat PK is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering at Sloat PK, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Sloat PK collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering requirements, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard TLS encryption on all connections and apply strict access controls to data storage systems.

Sloat PK may update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — we will notify registered players by email and by a notice displayed within the platform dashboard for a period of no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — for example, clarifications of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Sloat PK platform and request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
